Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure timely collections and vendor payments
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operational needs
- Oversee treasury operations including fund management, risk assessment, and investment strategies
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring departmental budgets
- Prepare accurate financial reports and variance analyses for management review
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in FMCG
- Proficiency in AR/AP management, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance
