Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely settlements
- Oversee cash flow management and banking operations
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with department heads on budget planning and financial controls
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
