Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations and ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed reports to support budget reviews and forecasting.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee general ledger functions and reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Support the Finance Manager in strategic planning, cost control, and performance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
