Tanggung Jawab
- Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage consolidation of group financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategic business objectives
- Monitor regulatory compliance and implement internal controls for financial operations
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial reviews
- Conduct financial variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) preferred
- 3-5 years experience in financial management or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards
- Experience in real estate or property sector highly advantageous
