We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As a key member of our finance department, you will drive financial stability and strategic growth for our FMCG operations. You'll oversee end-to-end financial processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow optimization, treasury management, and budgeting to ensure operational excellence and financial health.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timely payments and vendor relationships
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operational needs
- Oversee treasury operations including banking relationships and financial risk management
- Develop, implement, and monitor company budgets aligned with strategic goals
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare accurate financial reports for management review and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning and forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 degree)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proven experience with AR, AP, cash flow management, and budgeting processes
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams
