Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis
- Monitor and manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable teams and process improvement initiatives
- Develop financial models for forecasting and strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality finance or similar industry
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
