JB Cocoa Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Gelang Patah, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and ensure strict adherence to Group compliance policies, financial regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
- Manage and prepare accurate financial statements, monthly reports, and statutory accounts in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Lead the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and compliance checks.
- Monitor and control daily cash flow and bank reconciliations to maintain financial stability.
- Implement and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial role within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
