Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage internal and external audit requirements, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis, to support management decision-making.
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial procedures to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and drive business growth initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, reporting, and audit.
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local tax laws.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
