Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and documents
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic financial decisions
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
