Tanggung Jawab
- Lead preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Coordinate internal/external audits and implement remediation actions
- Collaborate with HQ on strategic financial planning and budgeting processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and treasury operations
- Mentor finance team members and optimize department workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA certification
- 5+ years in finance with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in IFRS and Malaysian accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong audit experience with SOX compliance knowledge
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural collaboration experience
