Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with MFRS/IFRS standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for senior leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis against actual performance.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Oversee the preparation of audit schedules and act as a key point of contact for external auditors.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting workflows and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct balance sheet reviews and reconciliations to maintain robust internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW).
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, auditing, or general accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and local tax compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- High analytical capacity with the ability to interpret complex financial data into clear business narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
