Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group accounting standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze regional operational budgets to ensure fiscal discipline and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the annual audit process by coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary financial documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and regional tax filings across APAC operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and internal control frameworks to increase operational efficiency.
- Act as a key finance partner for non-finance stakeholders, providing clear insights into business performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within a regional or multinational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a regional context.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
