Asia Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Finance Manager to join our GISI CG APAC team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key business partner, providing critical financial oversight, strategic analysis, and operational support to drive our regional growth across the APAC landscape.
You will play an integral role in bridging the gap between operational activities and financial performance, ensuring that our budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with global standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end monthly financial closing process for APAC operations.
- Drive the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles in collaboration with department heads.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare high-level management reports, board packs, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls, tax regulations, and regional statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project financial health and profitability.
- Support the Finance Manager in streamlining financial workflows and implementing process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualification like ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or general accounting roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and regional financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively in a multicultural APAC environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
