In this pivotal role, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance and will be responsible for leading and managing the General Ledger (GL) and Non-trade finance functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader to oversee financial operations in one of the world's most prestigious travel hubs. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, streamlining processes, and providing strategic support to the management team during the month-end closing process and beyond.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the General Ledger and Non-trade accounting functions.
- Manage the full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure the integrity of fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
- Drive process improvements and automate financial workflows to increase departmental efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to the Head of Finance to support informed business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy in financial records.
