Join Wide Tropism Trading Sdn. Bhd. as an Assistant Finance Manager in our manufacturing division and spearhead financial excellence in a dynamic industrial setting. This pivotal role involves leading the plant finance set-up project while providing comprehensive support to the Finance Manager across critical domains including costing, compliance, and operational finance. You'll be instrumental in establishing robust financial frameworks, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring regulatory adherence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end setup of plant finance operations and systems implementation
- Support Finance Manager in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Oversee manufacturing costing methodologies and inventory valuation processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations and internal controls
- Analyze operational financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Coordinate audits and maintain financial documentation accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing finance or industrial accounting
- Proven track record in plant finance setup or project finance leadership
- Expertise in cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
