Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills
