- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Manage and oversee financial operations across the designated region
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Coordinate budget preparation and monitoring to ensure financial targets are met
- Lead process transformation initiatives to improve financial operations efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Maintain and optimize Hyperion financial systems for accurate reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proven experience with Hyperion financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is advantageous
