Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and manage financial reporting packages for senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with divisional finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting and compliance.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and procedures.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Malaysian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage.
