Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry of invoices into the accounting system with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of Account Receivable and Payable accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Update and maintain the Account Receivable ledger and prepare aging reports.
- Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve workflow.
- Handle ad-hoc financial projects and support the finance manager as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel functions.
- Strong understanding of financial reconciliation, invoicing, and general ledger accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in the East Region.
