Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage budgeting processes and assist in financial forecasting initiatives
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance with managerial exposure
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
