Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Conduct financial audits and prepare supporting documentation
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior accounting staff
