Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting cycles including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore accounting standards
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize financial workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting to support management decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial controls and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on complex financial matters
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong expertise in Singapore FRS and tax compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record in process improvement and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Experience in NGO/social services sector highly advantageous
