Are you an experienced tax professional looking to make an impact within a global semiconductor leader? We are currently partnering with a prestigious client to recruit a dedicated Assistant Finance Manager (Tax) for a contract assignment running from August 2026 to February 2027.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance, managing tax filings, and providing technical support to the regional finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4 trained accountant to leverage their technical expertise within a fast-paced, industry-leading environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of financial integrity expected by a multinational semiconductor powerhouse.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review corporate tax computations and filings to ensure adherence to local tax regulations.
- Manage tax compliance activities, including GST and withholding tax submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax provisions for financial reporting purposes (IFRS/local GAAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax implications of new business initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external tax auditors and local tax authorities during reviews.
- Support the finance manager in tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all tax-related processes and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
- Proven experience from a Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant tax experience in a corporate or commercial environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate tax laws and international tax principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to commit for the duration of the contract (Aug 2026 – Feb 2027).
