Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Financial Controller in the daily operations of the Finance Department to ensure seamless financial workflows.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and monitor comprehensive budgets and rolling forecasts to guide departmental performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal control policies, standard operating procedures, and local financial regulations.
- Coordinate and manage the audit process, liaising with internal and external auditors as required.
- Analyze financial performance variances and provide actionable insights to the senior management team.
- Oversee cash flow management, account reconciliations, and tax compliance activities.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems or process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with hotel accounting software (e.g., SunSystems, Opera) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various hotel departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
