In this pivotal role, you will support the Financial Controller in overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring reporting accuracy, and driving fiscal excellence across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and fixed asset accounting.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely submission of audit schedules and statutory requirements.
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, tax compliance (GST/CIT), and corporate financial policies.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or CPA.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial controlling functions.
- Solid understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
