Pusat Borong Matahari is currently inviting a highly organized Assistant Front End Controller 2 to join our Shah Alam branch. In this pivotal role, you will directly support the Chief Cashier in managing the front-end financial operations, ensuring the seamless handling of cash transactions and the efficient supervision of our cashier team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in retail finance who are looking to lead and ensure operational excellence in a high-volume environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the branch's cash flow, conducting daily audits, and fostering a culture of accuracy and compliance among the front-end staff.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chief Cashier in supervising daily front-end operations and cashier duties.
- Perform accurate daily cash balancing, reconciliation of till counts, and verification of sales figures.
- Supervise and train junior cashiers on proper cash handling procedures and POS system usage.
- Monitor and resolve any cash discrepancies or shortages immediately to maintain financial integrity.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and documentation.
- Enforce strict adherence to company security policies and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize cashier workflows and enhance customer service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a cashier or front-end controller role within the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, reconciliation, and auditing standards.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic accounting software.
- Excellent mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for training and guiding staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- SPM or Diploma in Accounting/Finance is highly preferred.
