Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the strategic and operational management of the commercial building portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and facility performance.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of facility and operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans to ensure financial efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key tenants and stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring high tenant satisfaction and retention rates.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, building codes, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and senior leadership to align property operations with broader organizational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in property management, facility operations, or real estate development, preferably within a commercial context.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software systems and MS Office Suite.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent relevant certification is highly desirable.
