Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including statutory reporting, management accounting, and tax compliance for commercial property assets.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and decision-support to the General Manager and executive leadership team regarding commercial property performance.
- Ensure stringent internal controls, audit readiness, and adherence to relevant financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain high standards of performance and professional growth.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital expenditure planning.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance management, ideally within the commercial real estate or property management sector.
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS/FRS, corporate tax, and statutory requirements in Singapore.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate financial metrics into strategic business insights.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in enterprise-grade ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Yardi, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
