Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and continuous monitoring of the project budget, ensuring costs are tracked accurately against engineering specifications.
- Review technical drawings and irrigation blueprints to ensure full compliance with design requirements and safety standards.
- Coordinate with field engineers and procurement teams to resolve technical issues and optimize material usage.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, including detailed cost analysis and engineering updates.
- Ensure all project documentation and administrative records are filed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status and identify potential risks or delays.
- Assist the Head Office in strategic decision-making related to project feasibility and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering (Irrigation), or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control, engineering administration, or project management within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate accurate reports.
- Valid professional engineering license (SIP) is highly preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with technical terminology proficiency.
- Experience working in the Jakarta region is a significant advantage.
