- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR and administrative management experience
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
