Our client is looking for a dynamic Assistant HR & Administration Manager to oversee key human resources functions and administrative operations. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between HR and daily office management, ensuring a seamless work environment for employees while supporting strategic HR initiatives.

As the Assistant Manager, you will manage the full cycle of recruitment support, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Beyond HR, you will take charge of office administration, vendor management, and facility upkeep. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to grow their career in a supportive environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, handle inquiries, and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Oversee general office administration, including stationery, pantry management, and facility maintenance coordination.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, personnel files, and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and C&B administration (e.g., leave applications, claims).
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts for office supplies and services.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a hybrid HR & Admin role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
