In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining operational excellence within our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for managing essential administrative workflows, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring that our internal processes run with precision and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the end-to-end HR administrative processes including personnel documentation and record maintenance.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and programs that drive HR excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Provide prompt support for employee queries and ensure accurate data management within the HRIS.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Participate in HR audits and ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and process automation.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
