Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain optimal workplace productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation processes
- Monitor and maintain HRIS systems for accurate employee data
- Organize employee training programs and performance evaluations
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and resource allocation efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with operational focus
- Proficiency in Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD) preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry advantageous
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
