Tanggung Jawab
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and mediating conflicts
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding procedures and maintain accurate HR records
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs
- Coordinate training initiatives and professional development programs for staff
- Manage payroll administration and benefits enrollment processes
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and performance issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with recruitment and employee relations focus
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proven experience in policy development and implementation
