- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and execute talent management programs including performance reviews and career development
- Oversee employee relations initiatives and foster positive workplace culture
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems ensuring regulatory compliance
- Lead HR operations including policy development, documentation, and process optimization
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR experience with recruitment focus
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- SHRM-CP/CIPD certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
