Shangri-La Group, a leading international hotel group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager (Generalist) to join our vibrant HR team at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La. As a key member of the HR department, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR service delivery across the property. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the recruitment cycle, providing expert advice on employee relations matters, administering performance management processes, and coordinating training initiatives. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Administer performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
