Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace culture
- Coordinate performance management systems and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead HR initiatives related to compensation, benefits, and employee engagement
- Manage HR data and reporting for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and provide solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
