Join YY Circle's dynamic HR team as an Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) and drive our talent acquisition strategy forward. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to ensuring seamless onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build a robust talent pipeline. You'll champion employer branding initiatives while maintaining strict compliance with HR regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Full-cycle recruitment management including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and conduct competency-based interviews
- Oversee offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes
- Implement employer branding initiatives across multiple platforms
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with full-cycle responsibility
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean employment regulations
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Data-driven recruitment approach with analytical mindset
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
- Experience in tech or startup environment advantageous
