Fragomen Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Assistant HR Manager (Shared Services) to join our APAC HR team. Tanggung Jawab
- Support HR operations across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
- Support talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team on strategic HR initiatives and projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a multinational organization is highly desirable
