You will work closely with the HR leadership team to implement HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and support talent acquisition and development efforts. Tanggung Jawab

  • Support HR operations across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
  • Support talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
  • Collaborate with the HR leadership team on strategic HR initiatives and projects

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a multinational organization is highly desirable
