You will work closely with management to drive employee engagement initiatives, manage talent acquisition strategies, and oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding for operational and administrative staff.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including attendance, leave management, and payroll verification.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance appraisal processes and salary benchmarking exercises.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights into turnover rates, attendance, and general workforce health.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or food processing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act, and Employment Act.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
