Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding for operational and administrative staff.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including attendance, leave management, and payroll verification.
- Support the HR Manager in performance appraisal processes and salary benchmarking exercises.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights into turnover rates, attendance, and general workforce health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or food processing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act, and Employment Act.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
