Lay Day Uluwatu, a premier destination in Bali, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the HR operations of a growing hospitality business in the heart of Uluwatu.

As the Assistant Human Resources Manager, you will support the HR Manager in overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive work environment and supporting the development of our talented team.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and address grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
