Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department to ensure seamless support for plant operations and management.
  • Lead recruitment and staffing initiatives, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for production and support roles.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and welfare programs to maintain high morale and retention.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and training programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within the manufacturing or plant operations industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, employment regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on employee engagement and compliance.
