Join the dedicated team at IDS Medical Systems as an Assistant I in Sales Order Management. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee the integrity of our order processing operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring of Proof of Delivery (POD) transactions, ensuring that all invoices are accurately updated and aligned with delivery data.

As the gatekeeper of our documentation, you will ensure the completeness and accuracy of all delivery-related files. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. If you have a strong background in administrative support and a knack for data management, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and track POD transactions from receipt to final closure.
  • Update and reconcile sales invoices based on verified delivery data.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all delivery-related documents.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or missing documentation to relevant departments immediately.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all sales orders.
  • Assist in resolving billing inquiries and customer escalations related to orders.
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales order processing, invoicing, or administrative support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage.
