SBS Transit is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Interchange Supervisor to join our operations team in the Central Region. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bus interchange, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all commuters. As the face of our operations, you will manage a team of staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with our company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the bus interchange to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide exceptional CARES service to both internal staff and external customers.
- Ensure strict compliance with all SBS Transit operational policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Supervise, coach, and guide interchange staff to maintain high service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct daily operational briefings and monitor staff performance.
- Monitor interchange cleanliness, facilities, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, or a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
