Tanggung Jawab
- Support IT infrastructure management including network systems, servers, and security protocols
- Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate technology upgrades and system maintenance to ensure operational continuity
- Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement processes
- Provide technical guidance to IT staff and end-users across multiple departments
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively
- Assist in IT budget preparation and expense tracking
- Support digital transformation initiatives for conservation and tourism operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT management experience in tourism or conservation sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Experience with IT project lifecycle management and vendor coordination
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring technical teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco) are advantageous
