Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing strategic business plans for key retail accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and buyers at assigned retail chains.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth product delivery and promotional execution.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, shelf space, and merchandising standards in retail outlets.
  • Assist in negotiating terms of trade, promotions, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities and ensure compliance with trade marketing agreements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within the FMCG or Retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be placed in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat and open to occasional business travel.
