Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high-potential retail locations across Jakarta
- Perform detailed site evaluations analyzing foot traffic, demographics, competition, and accessibility
- Negotiate favorable lease terms and agreements with property owners and landlords
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, finance) for site approval and integration
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and developers
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies throughout leasing processes
- Monitor and analyze retail market trends to inform location strategy adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of successful lease agreements
- Deep knowledge of Jakarta's retail property market and zoning regulations
- Proficiency in real estate valuation tools and market analysis software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder management
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
