Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full lifecycle of grant administration, from initial application preparation and submission to final reporting and close-out.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all internal financial policies and external grant regulations and terms.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budget updates, and project status summaries to senior management and funding bodies.
  • Collaborate closely with project leads and tech teams to ensure grant deliverables align with organizational goals and budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all grant-related activities and audit trails.
  • Assist in the coordination of grant-related meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in grant administration, financial management, or project administration, preferably within the healthcare or research sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, vlookup) and financial modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, professional documentation.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with grant management software or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
