- Assist in the development and execution of population health strategies and programmes to enhance care integration.
- Manage and coordinate key projects, ensuring milestones are met within budget and scope.
- Analyse healthcare data and trends to identify opportunities for intervention and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operational, and IT departments.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external partners to drive consensus and action.
- Support the operationalisation of new initiatives, from planning through to implementation and review.
- Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience in population health or value-based care is a strong advantage.
