- Lead, mentor, and supervise Team Leads and direct staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee daily operational workflows, including efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor service quality metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive professional development.
- Collaborate with upper management to set clear goals and align team activities with organizational objectives.
- Handle escalated issues and conflicts, ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and clients.
- Manage administrative duties, including reporting and documentation, with meticulous attention to detail.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health practices, ethics, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stress, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid professional license or certification (e.g., Registered Psychometrician, RN) is an advantage.
